Job Purpose
Provides support to the EMEA Financial Planning & Analysis Manager and Senior Analyst working with the Neuromodulation business in order to achieve the overall goals and objectives of Boston Scientific through the effective planning analysis and reporting activities.
You will be part of a diverse, talented and dynamic EMEA team who will support the continuous growth of the business. You will be working for international, dealing with other countries on a regular basis.
Key responsibilities
- Provides support on core Financial Planning and Analysis processes for the Division (planning/forecasting, closing and reporting) helping with the analytics
- Defines new financial reports to track performance
- Assists in the preparation of finance presentations (quarterly business reviews)
- Provides analysis of performance trends
- Reviews the planning tools available in order to guarantee accuracy and reliability.
- Identifies improvement areas in the process / systems
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or similar
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Strong Excel knowledge and systems adoption
- Must be able to demonstrate strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good interpersonal and communication/presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, working to tight deadlines
- Position based in Madrid (Spain).
