As part of the selection process you will have to carry out these tests:

Proposed training plan

Management of the incidences originated in AP/AR/SC areas and the different businesses (via email, telephone, e-Ticketing and FOP).
- Document all query information according to standard operating procedures.
- Resolution of clients’ and suppliers’ calls and e-mails according to our SLA.
- All administrative activities within contract management such as contract creation, activation, prolongation, termination and reactivation.
- Analyze vehicle exceeding limits, close to end mileage/duration.
- Management of rejected invoices.
- Countable analysis of clients and suppliers accounts.
- Solution of dunning letters/legal cases.
- Execution of clients dunning via CoFiCo.
- Outbound calls for unpaid debts or clarifications, contract prolongation, reactivation, termination or mileage balance.
- Outbound calls to obtain information or sell products or services.
- Generate reports.
- Identify and escalate priority issues.
