The Master in Productivity and Personal Development of the Universidad de Alcalá combines a collaborative learning model oriented towards the acquisition of professional competences with the internship in one of our collaborating companies. It is developed, therefore, in two aspects: an academic training plan and an internship plan.

  This Postgraduate study can be taken both by young people who already have a previous university degree, obtaining the Master's Degree in Productivity and Personal Development from the University of Alcalá, as well as by young university students who are going to graduate soon or who have obtained a degree Higher Professional Training, in which case they will obtain the title of Higher Education in Productivity and Personal Development from the Universidad de Alcalá.

Characteristics of the internship

  • Financial allowance: A minimum amount of € 700 gross per month.
  • Duration: The duration of the Program is 6 months (extendable to 12), with the holiday period determined by the company.

Admission and registration

To access the Master in Productivity and Personal Development, it will be necessary to gather the following

General requirements:

  • 1 Be a Spanish citizen or foreigner with a residence permit.
  • 2 Not to be over 30 years old.
  • 3 Not having previously enjoyed an internship in the Program, or in any program for graduates with similar characteristics.
  • 4 Not have professional experience related to the degree after the studies.
  • 5 Not having had a professional relationship with the receving company after having completed the studies.
  • 6 Possess an official university degree, homologated , of FP of Higher Degree, graduate, diploma, graduate, architect, technical architect, engineer or technical engineer, that suits the places offered in each call.
